In order to use this site you must Register. Once you register and provide some basic information you can video chat.

This site is divided into two areas; Advisors and Users.

Users: Registering as a User allows you to go to the Find a Star page and request a time with a Star or Initiate a call to a Star if they are online.

Advisors: Registering as an advisor allows you to show up in the list of Stars to be engaged by Users

Fill out the registration form and then use your new username and password to log in to the site.
Once logged in you arrive at your profile page. Please fill in your occupation as this is a required field.
Then click the 'Your Account' tab and fill in your First and Last name.
These three things are required for you to be visible on the site. They are on different pages as a security feature for the site.
Once these fields are filled in Advisors will apear on the Find A Star list and Users will be able to engage and chat with the Stars.

Video Chat Dos and Don'ts

1) Be patient - the video chat can take a few seconds to make a connection. It is NOT instantaneous. The other person has to agree to your request. When the system has made the proper connections a notice will appear on your Advisor's screen - they have to notice it and click it before a chat can happen (how many of you have been behind someone sleeping at a green light...?

2) When you click 'Call' on an advisor's description (on the 'Find a Star' page) a new window will appear and a Flash module will load - your computer will then ask if you want to allow or deny access - if you want to chat with the person click 'Allow'

3) Have your speaker and microphone volumes set LOW to start - PREFERABLY:Use headphones - If you start hearing a high pitch squeal or a loud echo get your partner to adjust their volumes low.
